Our switchboard is open in the morning from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Scheduling an Appointment 609-924-6487

Appointments for routine office visits and services are available Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. as well as occasional evenings and early mornings. Please call 609-924-6487 and ask to schedule an office appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, providing the physician's schedule permits. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible. Repeated "no shows" or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice may result in a scheduling charge.

Emergencies: 609-924-6487

Should you develop a problem during office hours that requires immediate attention, our group practice offers you the benefit of having an "on call" physician available for your emergency evaluation. This number is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you call after hours there will be directions for contacting the "on-call physician".

Medical Questions and Concerns: 609-924-6487

Our nursing staff is trained to be responsive to your telephone medical inquiries and confer with the doctors as needed. We experience a high volume of telephone traffic and we ask for your patience and understanding. Our receptionist will take your name and the phone number where you can be reached and our nursing staff will return your call as soon as possible. If there is an emergency situation, the doctor "on call? will be contacted immediately.

Surgical Planning and Scheduling: 609-924-6523

Planning for surgery can be a stressful time. Questions regarding surgical scheduling or information related to planned x-ray, or other outpatient procedures or diagnostic tests, should be addressed to our surgical scheduling coordinator.

Laboratory and Test Results: 609-924-6487

For results of urine cultures, blood work, biopsies, x-ray. Ultrasound or other diagnostic testing, please refer to the fact sheet given to you at the check-out desk which indicates the time frame in which test results are obtained. Our staff will contact you as soon as your results are available.
